The Lossless Audio Blog has a great article on integrating FLAC playback and tagging with Windows Media Center.  It adds support for losless audio playback with ID tags and finally fully integrates FLAC playback with the MCE interface.  Nothing beats full CD quality sound from anything in my collection at the touch of my finger.
